Mike is a Certified Master Pizzaiolo and instructor and winner of Tulsa's Restaurateur of the Year. Additionally, he is a Two Time Amazon #1 Best Seller with his books Unsliced: How to Stay Whole in the Pizzeria Industry and The Pursuit of Pizza. Entrepreneur.com named Unsliced a must-read business book of 2021. In 2023, he was named Oklahoma Small Business Person of the Year and, as a result, was invited to the White House to meet the President.
 
Andolini's began in 2005 and has grown to five pizzerias, two food hall concepts, a food truck, and a fine dining restaurant, Prossimo, by 2019. Mike is a Two-Time Guinness Book World Record holder, Former President of the World Pizza Champions, and Creator of the Unsliced Restaurant System coaching program and has performed multiple keynote addresses about maximizing an entrepreneurial life.
