Dylan McDonnell is the CEO and co-founder of Foodini, a compliance and allergen transparency platform helping restaurant groups operationalize food allergy disclosure across digital and in-store ordering environments. A qualified lawyer by background, Dylan works at the intersection of regulation, risk management, and restaurant operations.
 
 He works with the Food Allergy Research & Education (FARE), where he chairs the Guest Communication and Transparency Council, focusing on improving how restaurants communicate allergen information to guests. As a celiac, he personally understands the painpoints that 33 million Americans with food allergies deal with every day. Dylan regularly advises multi-location and enterprise restaurant brands on emerging food allergy regulations, litigation risk, and practical compliance strategies.
 
 His work centers on helping operators turn regulatory requirements into stronger guest trust, operational clarity, and long-term brand resilience. He is a former SXSW speaker, a mentor at the Founder Institute, and an investor.
